How much setup does it take?

We build your branded card, agree the rewards and messages with you, and show your team how to use it. Full setup and staff onboarding are included.

Do patients need to download an app?

No. Patients add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a link or QR code. There is no separate clinic app to download.

How does the Wallet card work?

Patients keep your card on their phone. Staff scan it at checkout to record a visit and update points; patients can also see rewards and access referral and review links.

How are rewards managed?

We help you choose rewards and point milestones that suit your clinic. A staff scan adds points after each visit, so patients can see their progress on the card.

Does it replace our booking system?

No. Patient Value works alongside your existing booking and payment process. The card can link patients back to your booking page.
